That’s how you place a call and upgrade to an ad hoc conference call in Microsoft Skype for Business. Now that Alex is here, you can see that we’ve created an ad hoc conference call. Once Matt is in the call, it is easy to bring someone else into the call by clicking on a contact from your Contact List and dragging and dropping him or her into the Conversation Window. You can also call someone directly from your Contact List without searching by either right clicking, choosing Call, and selecting one of the options or, you can hover over their image and select the Call Icon from the Quick Launch Bar.
